The Friends of the Down East Library is a volunteer not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the library by encouraging community involvement, use of library resources and raising funds for programs and special needs that benefit the library and the communities that make up the areas of Down East, North Carolina.

Membership in the Friends of the Down East Library organization is established through an annual donation. Your contribution directly supports library programs, materials, special projects and more!
Membership Levels:Individual Friend - $10 per year
Family Friend - $15 per year
Patron Friend - $16-$99 per year
Founder Friend - $100-$499 per year
Sponsor - $500 (Lifetime Membership)Donations may be made by mail using the membership form or by contacting a member of the board.
